What you’ll do
Run gap assessments and implementation roadmaps, set up PRPs and HACCP plans, audit plant hygiene and controls, prepare clients for certification audits, train client teams and support proposals while handling 3-4 assignments.
What the employer asks for
Around 12-15 years in food QA/food safety or consulting, with working knowledge of ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRCGS, HACCP, GMP/GHP and FSSAI rules; sector experience in dairy, meat, seafood, bakery or similar helps.
