Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Food Science Daily (referred to below as "we", "us" or "the site"). By creating an account or taking a test here, you agree to them.

What we provide

Timed, scored mock tests for food-science recruitment and entrance exams — GATE XL, FSSAI CFSO, FCI Manager, NIFTEM, CFTRI, ICAR JRF, UGC NET Home Science, State Food Safety Officer exams, and original subject-wise practice tests. Some tests are free; others are paid. Every test's price, question count and duration are shown before you start it and again before any payment.

Accounts

• You need a name, a working email address and a password to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for anything done from your account.
• Give us accurate information. If we find an account was created with false details to abuse free tests or attempt limits, we may suspend it.

Buying and taking a test

• Paid tests are unlocked immediately after a successful payment through Razorpay.
• Each test allows a limited number of attempts, shown on its page before you buy or start it — currently three for most tests.
• A test's timer starts when you open it and cannot be paused. If your attempt is interrupted by a connection or device problem, contact us — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Scores are calculated against the marking scheme shown on the test's answer review. We correct genuine scoring errors when they're reported.

Content and questions

• Where a test is built from a real, publicly released previous-year paper, we say so on that test's page.
• Where no official paper exists, questions are original, written to match the exam's verified pattern and syllabus — we do not present invented questions as official ones.
• Explanations, rankings and percentiles are computed from data on this site and are study aids, not a guarantee of your result in the real exam.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape, redistribute, or resell test content; don't share an account to bypass attempt limits; don't attempt to interfere with scoring, rankings or leaderboards. We may suspend accounts that do any of this.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top of this page always reflects the latest version.
