- Manage quality assurance and quality control activities
- Monitor raw materials, in-process quality and finished products
- Ensure food safety, regulatory compliance and quality standards
- Handle quality audits, customer complaints, root cause analysis and CAPA
- Drive continuous quality improvement across the plant
What the employer asks for
- B.Sc., M.Sc. or B.Tech in food technology or a relevant discipline
- 6 to 7 years in quality assurance or quality control
- Hands-on noodle manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, ISO standards and food safety and quality management systems
