What you’ll do
- Monitor quality standards throughout manufacturing and production
- Inspect raw materials, in-process products and finished goods
- Take part in internal and external food-safety audits
- Maintain BRCGS, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000 and HACCP documentation
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations and food-safety standards
- Monitor GMP and GHP
- Prepare inspection reports, audit reports and checklists
- Implement CAPA for quality issues and handle non-conformance reports
- Keep records of cleaning, sanitation, pest control and employee hygiene
- Coordinate with production and ensure SOPs are followed
What the employer asks for
