What you’ll do
- Lead QA/QC from incoming materials to finished-product checks and release
- Lead customer and external audits, internal inspections and corrective-action closure
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and quality systems and records
- Handle quality complaints with root-cause analysis and prevention
- Guide the quality team and report quality risks to management
What the employer asks for
- About 5 years of experience (as listed) with independent responsibility for food-manufacturing quality systems and audits
- Practical knowledge of HACCP, QMS/FSMS and food safety compliance
- Food Technology, Food Science or related qualification
- Snacks, chips or fried-food experience preferred
- Able to work at the Tihu plant
