B.Tech/B.Sc. Food Technology (7+ years) or M.Tech/PG Food Technology (5+ years)

What you’ll do
- Ensure compliance with customer quality standards, food safety requirements and regulations
- Monitor GMP, GHP, HACCP, SOPs and SSOPs across poultry processing
- Handle customer complaints with root-cause analysis and CAPA
- Coordinate with customers, certification bodies and regulators
- Ensure process hygiene, product quality and cold-chain compliance
- Maintain audit records, quality reports, specifications and traceability documents
- Manage customer and regulatory portal submissions
What the employer asks for
- B.Tech/B.Sc. Food Technology with at least 7 years, or M.Tech/PG Food Technology with at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Poultry processing and food manufacturing experience preferred
- Knowledge of FSSC 22000, BRCGS, HACCP, GMP and GHP
- Customer quality management, audit coordination and CAPA skills
- Strong documentation, analytical and communication skills
