What you’ll do
- Oversee daily quality control and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Develop and implement QA protocols and procedures for food production
- Carry out regular inspections and audits of production facilities
- Work with production teams to resolve quality issues quickly
- Analyse quality data and report to management for continuous improvement
- Train and mentor QC team members
- Keep QC documentation accurate and current
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors on raw-material quality
