What you’ll do
- Monitor quality of raw materials, in-process production and finished products
- Carry out inspections against specifications
- Ensure food safety, GMP, GHP and hygiene practices
- Evaluate product taste, texture, packaging and shelf life
- Implement QC checklists, SOPs and procedures
- Investigate deviations, customer complaints and non-conformities and implement CAPA
- Coordinate with production, warehouse and other departments
- Monitor critical process parameters and keep quality records
- Support internal audits, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement
