What you’ll do

Plan and monitor processing, ensure product quality and plant hygiene, control solids losses and energy use, coordinate with procurement, marketing and maintenance.

What the employer asks for

B.Tech Dairy Technology with at least 3 years in a dairy plant of 1 lakh LPD or more. Knowledge of FSSAI rules, dairy equipment and FSMS. Age up to 34 as on 1 Oct 2026.
