- Supervise daily production line operations and assign line workers
- Check products meet company and client quality standards before dispatch
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly production targets
- Enforce SOPs, safety, housekeeping and hygiene
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance and logistics
- Keep production reports, shift logs and attendance
- Train workers on the job
