Manager – Quality (Instant Coffee Plant)

What you’ll do
- Check raw materials against quality parameters and taste evaluation, and approve material receipt and inspection notes for raw and packing materials
- Qualify vendors, verify COAs, questionnaires, packing specs and certifications, and run supplier audits and performance reviews
- Validate packing materials and control artworks and labels
- Oversee agglomeration and other product quality checks, and carry out finished-goods second-pass verification
- Verify GMP, hygiene, prerequisite programmes, pest control, calibration and sample data management
- Control all department documents, contracts, specifications and outgoing COAs, and prepare quality, budget, certification and sustainability MIS reports
- Maintain compliance with ISO/FSSC 22000, social and sustainability standards, and validate and verify all PRPs and CCPs
- Prepare for and follow up certification and social audits (FSSC 22000, organic, Rainforest Alliance, Fairtrade, SMETA, SA8000, SEDEX) and organic traceability records
- Ensure regulatory compliance of products and packaging with FSSAI, EU, USFDA and Codex
- Lead quality improvement and digital documentation, support product development with sensory and shelf-life studies, train staff and manage the QA/QC team
