Production Executive (Fresher)
Super Tasty Bakery Foods India, linked to the B.T.S. Roller Flour Mills group near Bengaluru, is hiring a fresher Production Executive for its Bangalore bakery-foods factory. The executive runs day-to-day production to plan and SOPs, keeps batch and output records, and works with QC/QA on hygiene, GMP and food safety on the shop floor.

What you’ll do
- Monitor daily production and make sure production plans are carried out on time
- Run manufacturing to approved SOPs and work instructions and report deviations
- Watch process parameters to keep product consistency and quality
- Coordinate with production staff and supervisors to meet daily targets and use manpower, equipment and materials efficiently
- Keep daily production records: batch manufacturing records, output, raw material use and process parameters
- Record downtime, wastage and rejections, and help put corrective actions in place
- Maintain housekeeping, personal hygiene and GMP/GHP practices in production areas
- Work with QC and QA on product quality and food safety, and report contamination risks and process deviations
- Monitor raw material handling and keep wastage low
What the employer asks for
- Fresh graduates welcome (0-1 year experience)
- Graduation in Food Technology, Food Science, Bakery Technology, Dairy Technology or a related field preferred
- Basic understanding of food manufacturing and production processes
- Knowledge of GMP, GHP, HACCP and food safety practices is an advantage
- Basic computer and documentation skills
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work in a factory production environment
