What you’ll do
- Prepare audit documents and get the plant ready for audits
- Lead and train the QA team on online checks, documentation and analysis
- Reduce customer complaints
- Apply the QMS across processes
- Run daily quality checks and NCs from raw material to dispatch
- Handle quality communication with suppliers, customers and the team
- Manage traceability, mock recalls and internal audits
- Monitor production processes and regulatory compliance
- Develop sampling plans and testing procedures; verify suppliers for safety
