What you’ll do
- Lead teaching of post-harvest technology courses at UG and PG level
- Plan and guide research in post-harvest technology
- Supervise doctoral and postgraduate students
- Take up academic and administrative duties assigned by the university
What the employer asks for
- Master's degree with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade)
- Ph.D. in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline with published work of high quality
- At least 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed/NAAS-rated journals
- Minimum 10 years of teaching experience as Assistant/Associate Professor (or equivalent research experience), including 2 years as Associate Professor or equivalent
- Evidence of having guided doctoral candidates
- Minimum Academic/Research Score of 120 (UGC Regulations 2018)

- Screening on Academic/Research Score (minimum 120, Table 2, Appendix II, UGC Regulations 2018)
- Interview (20 marks)
- Final selection solely on interview performance
