What you’ll do
- Supervise daily nutraceutical manufacturing and packing
- Plan production schedules and meet targets
- Monitor weighing, blending, capsule filling and packaging
- Ensure GMP, hygiene and safety compliance
- Maintain BMR and BPR
- Coordinate with QC and QA
- Monitor machinery and maintenance
- Keep RM, PM and FG inventory records
- Supervise workers, reduce wastage and ensure batch traceability
What the employer asks for
- B.Sc. Chemistry/Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Microbiology, B.Pharm/M.Pharm or Food Technology diploma/degree
- 1 to 3 years of production experience preferred; nutraceutical or capsule experience preferred
- Knowledge of GMP, SOPs and batch documentation
- MS Excel and production reporting
