What you’ll do
- Inspect incoming raw materials, packaging and finished products
- Monitor quality across production, storage and dispatch
- Ensure HACCP, GMP, GHP, FSSAI and ISO 22000 compliance
- Run hygiene, sanitation and food safety audits
- Investigate deviations and complaints, RCA and CAPA
- Keep audit-ready quality records
- Support internal, customer and regulatory audits
- Work with suppliers on quality compliance
- Support food safety training and process improvement
What the employer asks for
- Bachelor's in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology or related
- 2 to 4 years of QA/QC in food, FMCG, food processing or fresh produce
- Hands-on HACCP, GMP, GHP, FSSAI and ISO 22000
