What you’ll do
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures in line with food safety standards
- Inspect and audit food products and processes and find areas to improve
- Work with production teams to fix quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Keep accurate QA records and prepare reports for management
- Keep up with food safety regulations and industry best practice
- Train staff on quality assurance and build a quality culture
