Senior Engineer I - Process Development
Mondelez International (Mondelez India Foods, the Cadbury, Oreo and Bournvita maker) is hiring a Senior Engineer for process development in its RDQ team, based in Thane. The engineer leads process design, pilot-plant scale-up and factory trials for innovation, growth and cost projects across several geographies.

What you’ll do
- Lead RDQ process design and process deployment work for innovation, growth and cost-optimisation projects
- Run technical work across several projects in line with RDQ, marketing and manufacturing needs and report status and risks
- Generate process information through modelling, simulation, pilot-plant scale-up and factory trials under GMP and HACCP
- Lead process design and specifications, scale-up and commissioning
- Create and maintain consumer-centred process specifications
- Manage stakeholders and influence decisions with data analysis
- Use internal and external technical networks and agencies effectively
- Generate intellectual property for the company
- Coach and mentor others in the process community
