What you’ll do
- Maintain cold-store SOPs
- Set production speed and priorities with the Production Manager
- Coordinate receiving, grading and post-freezing supervisors
- Check packing meets specifications (count, weight, layering, coding)
- Keep slab accounting, production reports and traceability correct
- Train new line workers in sorting, weighing, setting and glazing
- Enforce colour codes, count and fill weight
- Ensure proper handling after layering, glazing and freezer transfer
