NCML, which runs the NCML Labs food-testing network, is hiring a manager in Gurugram to grow its food and agri inspection business. The manager leads ISO 17020/17065 accreditation, inspections, audits and FoSTaC programmes and builds teams of auditors and inspectors.

What you’ll do
- Drive P&L, sales, pricing and client acquisition for the inspection business
- Lead NABCB accreditation under ISO 17020 and ISO 17065
- Manage inspections, audits, export validation and FoSTaC programmes
- Ensure adherence to FSSAI and international food safety standards
- Build and manage teams of auditors, trainers, inspectors and sales staff
- Review inspection, audit and PSIC reports
- Handle NABCB, FSSAI, EIC and customer assessments

- 8 to 12 years in testing, inspection and certification, including 3 years in leadership
- Expertise in ISO 17020, PSI, food safety, commodity exports and FSSAI
