What you’ll do
- Supervise and coordinate daily production for efficiency and quality
- Implement and maintain food safety protocols
- Monitor production processes and adjust to optimise output
- Train production staff on food safety and hygiene practice
- Inspect the production area for GMP and GHP compliance
- Work with other departments to resolve production issues
