What you’ll do
- Develop and run the QA strategy in line with Herbalife global standards
- Oversee QA for incoming materials, in-process testing, environmental monitoring and finished products
- Ensure compliant product and material release
- Lead investigations into non-conformances, deviations, OOS results and complaints
- Lead supplier quality across contract manufacturers and approve supplier changes
- Lead and develop a QA team of 10 to 15 direct and indirect reports
What the employer asks for
- Bachelor's in Dairy Science, Food Science, Pharmacy or Chemical Engineering; Master's preferred
- 15+ years of experience in food manufacturing or regulated quality leadership
- Experience managing HACCP and food safety programmes and leading audits
- Working knowledge of FMEA, risk assessment and QMS
- Knowledge of nutritional product regulations, including infant formula where applicable
