- Age 18 to 44 (born between 02/01/1982 and 01/01/2008); usual relaxation for OBC and SC/ST, upper limit never above 50

Selection process
- Online test (written/OMR/online) if conducted; candidates must submit a confirmation through their profile to get the admission ticket
- Separate rank lists for General and Society categories; appointments advised alternately (first to General) and vacancies split 1:1
- Document upload and certificate verification when called through the profile
- Rank list valid for 1 to 3 years
- Two-year probation within three years after appointment

- Aadhaar card as ID proof in the profile, if available
