DIAT-DFRL M.Sc. Food Technology official syllabus guide
DIAT-DFRL M.Sc. Food Technology syllabus 2027
DIAT publishes no entrance syllabus for this programme. Sponsored candidates are selected by interview at DIAT, and in some years DIAT has called candidates for a "test/interview". An unofficial copy of a 2021 entrance paper shows four-option multiple-choice questions mixing biology, chemistry, basic physics and engineering, computers and agriculture, but its length, timing and marking are not known and no official key exists. Revise undergraduate food science and the basic sciences; the site's GATE XL and GATE XE mocks (/exam/gate-xl, /exam/gate-xe) are suitable practice for the food content.
