Refund & Cancellation Policy

Tests are digital and unlock immediately on payment. This page sets out exactly when a purchase can be refunded.

What you can buy

  • A single test — one mock, previous-year paper or sectional test.
  • An exam bundle — a set of tests for one exam, bought together in one payment. The tests it includes are listed on the bundle before you pay.

Every purchase is a one-time payment. There are no subscriptions and no recurring billing, so there is nothing to cancel. Where a launch or offer price is shown, you are charged the price displayed at checkout, and any refund is of the amount actually paid.

General rule

Because a test or bundle is available the moment payment succeeds, refunds are not offered simply for a change of mind once it has unlocked. Every live exam has free tests so you can judge quality before paying.

When we do refund

  • You were charged, but the test or bundle never unlocked on your account.
  • You were charged more than once for the same test or bundle.
  • A technical fault on our side stopped you from attempting a test you paid for, and we could not restore your attempt.

Email johnathan@foodsciencedaily.com within 7 days of the payment, with the order or payment ID from your Razorpay receipt. We review each case individually. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Razorpay and usually reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

Bundles

A bundle is one purchase. It is refunded as a whole under the conditions above, not test by test. If a fault affects one test in a bundle, we fix or restore that test.

Attempt limits

Each paid test comes with a fixed number of attempts, shown on its page before purchase — currently three for most tests. Using up your attempts is not, on its own, grounds for a refund; the price is for access to the test, not a guaranteed result.

Scoring and answer-key errors

If you find a wrong answer key or a scoring error, report it from the answer review or by email. We correct confirmed errors. A corrected error is not in itself grounds for a refund.
