BIS Scientist-B (Food Technology) official syllabus guide
BIS Scientist-B (Food Technology) syllabus 2027
BIS does not set its own paper for Scientist-B. It shortlists on GATE score and weights GATE 85% and the interview 15%. In the 2020 cycle Food Technology candidates used the Food Technology section of GATE XE (XE-G) or GATE XL (XL-U), so the syllabus to study is that GATE syllabus. The site's GATE XL and GATE XE mocks (/exam/gate-xl and /exam/gate-xe) are the practice route; the interview tests your discipline and your understanding of standards and certification.
