West Bengal FSO (WBHRB) official syllabus guide
West Bengal FSO (WBHRB) syllabus 2027
WBHRB's 2022 FSO advertisement prescribed no written examination and so no syllabus. Candidates were ranked on the percentage in their qualifying degree (85 marks) and an interview (15 marks), after a Bengali or Nepali dictation. The board reserved the right to hold a preliminary written test for shortlisting and to change the marks pattern if it did. An earlier 2018 cycle is reported by coaching blogs to have had a 200-mark written test; the official 2018 advertisement was not found. Interview preparation should centre on the FSS Act and the FSO's field duties.
