Unsaturated fat

A type of fat that is usually liquid at room temperature and is generally considered healthier than saturated or trans fat when eaten in moderation.

Real-life application

Mustard oil, groundnut oil, and sunflower oil, common in Indian kitchens, are largely made up of unsaturated fat.
